 سماجي تحفظ ۽ نقد امدادي پروگرام: دنيا جي 89 ملڪن جا تجربا، پاڪستان جي Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) تجزيو  ڊاڪٽر ذوالفقار بھڻ  دنيا جي تاريخ ۾ غربت، بيروزگاري، بک، معاشي عدم مساوات ۽ سماجي محرومي هميشه وڏا چئلينج رهيا آهن. حڪومتن ۽ عالمي ادارن انهن مسئلن جي حل لاءِ مختلف پاليسيون ۽ پروگرام متعارف ڪرايا آهن. انهن مان هڪ اهم ۽ ڪامياب حڪمت عملي "سماجي تحفظ" (Social Protection) ۽ "نقد امدادي پروگرام" (Cash Transfer Programmes) آهي. اهڙن پروگرامن جو مقصد غريب، ڪمزور ۽ پٺتي پيل خاندانن کي مالي سهائتا فراهم ڪرڻ، سندن زندگي جي معيار کي بهتر بڻائڻ ۽ کين معاشي استحڪام مهيا ڪرڻ آهي. اڄ دنيا جي مختلف براعظمن ۾ 89 کان وڌيڪ ملڪ اهڙا پروگرام هلائي رهيا آهن. انهن ۾ ايشيا، آفريڪا، يورپ، لاطيني آمريڪا ۽ ڪيريبين جا ملڪ شامل آهن. پاڪستان جو بينظير انڪم سپورٽ پروگرام (BISP) پڻ اهڙن عالمي ماڊلن جو هڪ اهم حصو آهي. سماجي تحفظ جو تصور سماجي تحفظ مان مراد اهي پاليسيون، پروگرام ۽ قدم آهن جيڪي معاشري جي ڪمزور طبقن کي غربت، بيماري، بيروزگاري، معذوري، قدرتي آفتن ۽ ٻين معاشي خطرن کان ب...

  My Six-Week Learning Journey with Team Pakistan – GPE KIX EMAP Hub Over the past six weeks, I had the privilege of participating in the GPE KIX EMAP Hub learning program as a member of Team Pakistan. This journey was an enriching experience that enhanced my professional knowledge, strengthened my research skills, and expanded my understanding of evidence-based educational practices. Throughout the program, I engaged in a series of learning activities, discussions, and collaborative exercises with colleagues from Pakistan and international experts.  سماج سڌارڪ ،سنڌ جي وڏي سماجي ڀلائي جي تنظيم جي بانيڪار ، ماهر تعليم سائين  ڊاڪٽر سليمان شيخ صاحب جي  84 هين سالگرھ  سگا ڪراچي شاخ طرفان 4 جون 2026 تي آرٽس ڪائونسل ڪراچي ۾ ملهائي وئي. سچ پچ اسين خوش قسمت آهيون جو هڪ انقلابي ، عملي خدمت جو باڪمال ڪردار اسان جي وچ ۾آهي. دعا آهي مالڪ سائين کيس وڏي ڄمار عطا ڪري. The 84th birthday of respected social reformer, educationist, and founder of one of Sindh’s largest social welfare organizations, Dr. Suleman Shaikh, was celebrated by SAGA Karachi Branch on 4 June 2026 at Arts Council Karachi. Indeed, we are fortunate to have among us such a visionary, revolutionary, and exemplary personality whose life reflects dedication, practical service, and commitment to humanity.
