selected as master trainer /Guide/Mentor of Guide Teachers (GTs)

Day 10 I have been selected as master trainer /Guide/Mentor of Guide Teachers (GTs) therefore today I was @ GECE Darsano Chano center for one-day orientation. During the session School, Education and Literacy Department Secretary Abdul Aziz Uqaili visited the center and joined us at the conference room. During his visit, he reviewed arrangements for the effective conduct of training organized for newly-promoted headmasters in Sindh.  DCAR Director Mushtaq Shahani, TTIs Director Ghulam Asghar Memon, DG  PITE Qamar Shahid and Coordinator of PEACe were present on the occasion.

Day .5. HM Training center GECE Qasimabad. It was very very good day today. Alhamdulillah 1st module completed today topics covered lesson plan TNA and professional development. Model lesson delivered by Qamar Fatima and an other lesson presented by Nazish Gul. Presentations about TNA presented by  JAMIL Ansari,Abdul Lateef Burfat,Abdul Ghani Kumbhar,Asma Afzal,Shahnaz,Hafeeza Bhutto,Abdul Karim Samaijo and others.

Day three 20 Sept 2017 .Promoted HM/TEOs Training @GECE Qasimabad Karachi center. Director school education Karachi Hamid Karim visited today he acknowledged and told to participants that Mr Zulfiqar Behan is my teacher also I taught by him in Heads training in 2006.Overall training is going smoothly and warmly participants taking interest Alhamdulillah today in room two vision mission objectives, SWOT Analysis covered. One my young IBA Pass HM Kamran also visited today.

it was 2nd day today  18 days training of promoted HMs /TEOs is going on with joy and zealous at GECE Qasimabad today covered topics JDs, difference between traditional and 21 st century schools leadership styles, and portfolio of a head teacher. Overall sessions are going successfully. Today my 2 IBA pass HMs Amjad and Tahmina visited center and told about their success Room No.2. MT. Zulfiqar Behan.Day 2 portolio marking scheme shared and JDs developed by TPs now its presentation time. Response and participation of TPs is excellent.

FAR FROM SUCCESS I am Shabeena Chaudhry, newly appointed H.M in GBPS Qasim.ul.Uloom Orangi Town Sector 11. When I took charge in my school I faced a terrible situation there and still facing so many hurdles created by the N.G.O and their favourers. Ex H.M and 03 Govt Teachers were in their strict control. They were working there since 2010, although their contract was finished in 2013. They did not make renewal of their contract and forcibly applying their illegal rules there. I made Govt Staff free from N.G.O ' s control and now they are doing their duty confidently. They were interrupting in admission process but I strictly forbade them to interrupt in my duties and confidently made admissions. In this month I got 15 more admissions. They were running illegal afternoon shift without permission of Edu Dept,,, I opposed their illegal step and finally they finished their illegal afternoon shift. I am Saher Un Nisa, a newly recruited H.M.IBA Sukker, working at GGPS Orangi 5 SEMIES Code 408020034. The vision of my school is' to become life longer learner & and contribute to the global world. When I have entered the school with my vision all staff members welcome me with warm-hearted. The school was running smoothly but some issues, hurdle, and conflicts over there. I developed my School Development Plan and set my priorities & start the work.Now  AL-HAMDULILLAH I succeed   &  have achieved some of them. Now school library  has been functionalized. 65% students have been regular Assembly presentation  properly held 30% parents attended PTM I functionalized my office but I am not satisfied cleanliness.I m trying to my best to arrange the sweeper & to solve all issues.INSHALLAH, I will achieve my targets very soon.
