It was 2nd phase SLO Bases Assessment Framework workshop conducted by Bureau of curriculum and extension sindh Jamshoro,provincial Education Assessment Centre (PEACe) in partnership with EU .
I did work on subject sindhi class 1 to 5.
This assessment framework were developed to guide the formative and summative assessment and examination practice in the schools of sindh for improved learning outcome in alignment with the new standard based curriculum .
workshop facilitator were Uniza Alvi. It was outcome based workshop we did prepared a targeted assignment.
In subject sindh we were :

Dilshad Detho
and

Success story of Rafia Aslam I am rafia aslam newly appointed IBA H.M at GGPS NO.7 KORANGI NO.6.Karachi. I am rafia aslam newly appointed IBA H.M at GGPS NO.7 KORANGI NO.6 when i first time visited my school i was shocked to see my school condition school was in worst condition . There were no arrangement of anything No staff room No h.m office teachers and incharge are used to sit in corridor with their chair and call students for giving class work no one went to go in class for lesson demonstration. After seeing this i took the following steps 1. I arranged sweeper to clean whole school building 2.set up of h.m office 3.set up of staff room 4.i made time table and following by teacher fromm class 1 to 5 5.assigned duties to all staff members 6.total 8 new std enrolled in ECE class 7.prepare scheme of study of all subject of class one 8.maintained all necessary documents 9.vanished concept of short leave 10 .motivate staff to own their school and students There are 2
